Kevin Scale or Absolute Zero

Kelvin Scale or absolute zero, named after Sir. William Thompson (lord Kevin) who devised it.This temperature scale is often used when gases are involved. 

Its zero point (0K) corresponds to -273°C. Kelvin Scale, Freezing point of water is 273K and the boiling point of water is 373K.
